If you communicate to Organisations and your product is aimed at Organisations - using InTouch you are able to create a clear structure to your information, so if you have that key contact or want to create a Lead or Sale for that Organisation you are able too... as well as lots of other functionality.
What?
So what are Organisations, well we believe these to be Companies, Schools, Colleges, Charities, Councils and Clubs etc.
Why?
Having Organisations in the system allows you to not only sort and organise your information in a more informative manner but you are able to link specific contacts that are associated with them, create Leads & Sales, update the Contact Information linked to the organisation quickly and easily, even Contact History Notes and Documents and see which campaigns have been sent to those contacts linked to the Organisation.
NEW FEATURE- A new addition to the functionality is that account holders can now filter their organisations by User, this makes the sorting of data far more convenient and saves you valuable time.
Please Note!
You are only able to send email campaigns to those contacts that are linked to Organisations from the system, not Organisations themselves. If you require further assistance with regards to this, please do not hesitate to raise a support ticket or contact us to discuss the options available to you.
