Two Factor Authentication

Keeping your data secure has always been a priority of ours and with GDPR round the corner you can now add a extra layer of security to your account in the form of a 4 digit pin. I would certainly recommend you enable this via settings.

Create a task on the go

If you send an email to task@yourcrm.co.uk from the email account you use to login to InTouch, we’ll create a task using the subject line. I’ve used this so many times since this was available so hopefully you’ll find it useful.

Daily Digest

Every morning you can now receive an email letting you know about tasks due and meetings happening for the day ahead, along with some other useful statistics. We’d love to hear any suggestions you may have for what we can add to these emails. You can turn these on in the settings page.

New Menus

We have updated menus at the top right of InTouch and added some quick links, so no matter where you are in the system you can go straight to page where you can create a task, a contact, a new email and much more.
