New functionality has been added today 10th May 2016

As you know, here at InTouch we are constantly looking to develop new ways to help you and your business grow. Our latest update released just this morning aims to do just that.

Most businesses are drowning in data while starving for actionable intelligence that helps them be more targeted and accurate in their sales and marketing efforts.

We all want the insight to help us close more business but how can we get this in a simple and easy way?

We have this morning delivered something which I believe addresses this pain by delivering accurate and always up-to-date intelligence automatically.
With this in mind, I’d like to announce the latest addition to list of amazing InTouch functionalities - Contact Scoring.

Contact scoring enables you to save time by prioritizing the hottest leads and nurturing those not ready to buy, thus creating more precise and efficient sales and marketing strategies.

You can now automatically prioritize your contacts based on who they are and what they do with the new contact scoring tool. Contacts will be scored on the number of web forms completed, number of emails they've opened, emails they have clicked and even if they've replied to a SMS campaign or survey. You set the rules on how important each one of these actions is to you and once you have decided, let the system tell you which contact scores the highest and leads the way!

The information presented is dynamic and updates every time you login to InTouch and so you always have the hottest and most up-to-date information at your disposal.

This function is now available to you on your account. Simply log in, and head over to the Contacts tab. You will see find that the lead scoring function is already there.
