With multiple users on your system, there might come a time where you would like to see what interactions each user has been having with your contact database, this can be found in the Contact History. This is where the Interaction Reports come into play as it allows you to select the how many characters for the notes you wish to export. The first step in the process to run an interaction report is to go to Contacts > Contact History this will then bring up the normal Contact History section including the Interaction Report button:

Once in the main Contact History section, you will see a button labelled "Interaction Report", and by clicking this you will be presented with the screen below where you can start to outline the criteria for the interactions that you want to see.
It is from here that you can click on the various users, types of interactions as well as stating a date range for the interactions that you want to see and how much detail (number of characters):

With the criteria set, you simply have to click on the "Search" button to run the report. The system will then search off of your interactions and present you with the information you wanted.

It is at this stage that you can then decide to tweak the criteria that you have selected, IE increasing the date range, etc. Once you are happy you can use the "Export to CSV" button displayed at the bottom of the screen (See image below) to take a download of the interaction report that you have just run
