How to View Archived Tickets

You may already be aware that the system allows you to archive Customer Service Tickets but what happens if the complaint needs to be reviewed or discussed in a meeting or if it has been archived by mistake and you need to removed it from the Archived list or even if you would like to have a complete overview of any of the complaints that have been recorded and processed and then archived by a certain organisation or user- well don't worry you are able to view all of them and even filter the results to see what's happened. 


All you have to do is go to Setup & More > Customer Service Tickets and then press "Click here to view you Service Tickets Archive" 



This will then take you to all of your archive Customer Service Tickets, where you are able to see the archived tickets and complete searches by typing in the relevant options within the grids to filter and search for certain issues.
