Troubleshooting - Why can't I see my email report?

You may have sent an email campaign and you are keen to view the report and/or re-cycle the email by the past emails sent tab, but you can't find the email report anywhere...

1. Within your listed email reports (Email > Reports) you have the "Include Archived" box available to tick.

2. Simply tick that box and your email report should show.

3. You can now view that report including filtering your opens/clicks via the Activity tab and adding to a group.
