Exporting an Interaction Report (Contact History)

With multiple users on your system, there might come a time where you would like to see what interactions each user has been having with your contact database, this can be on the Contact History screen. This is where the Interaction Reports come into play. Below is a step by step guide on how to use this reporting facility

It is at this stage that you can then decide to tweak the criteria that you have selected, IE increasing the date range, etc. Once you are happy you can use the "Export to CSV" button displayed at the bottom of the screen (See image below) to take a download of the interaction report that you have just run
