In InTouch, when you initially choose to delete a contact (for whatever reason) they disappear from your Contacts list, but end up in whats known as 'Archived Contacts'. If you select this tab along the top in 'Contacts', You can search for the contact you are concerned with. Here, you can choose to either: A) Permanently delete the contact or B) Restore the contact.

Once you then select a contact from the screen, you'll be given the two options, as stated above.
