How to Search for your Contacts

There are a number of ways in which you are able to search for your contacts, whether that is using the Advanced Search option or the Reporting Section or if you want to do a simple search using the Quick Search facility within the system: (see below)

Here you are able to conduct simple contact searches, using either the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Created, Updated,  and even the Rating. You can select how many contacts you would like to show in the list, whether to sort either by ascending or descending and fine filter the By Rating options.

To do a quick search, you need to be in the Contacts Section of the system and here you will be able to see where you have to enter and select the information (Shown below)

Then when you want to open up the relevant contact, all you have to do is click on their name.
