The short answer is....YES! When going to make a survey you have the option to pick "Create from Previous" option,  which grabs all of the questions from a previous survey, including their order, etc and adds them to the new survey you are creating, saving you time! This can be found during the first stage after clicking on "Create New Survey". Simply use the drop down option under the "Create from previous" section.
