If the webforms are not firing off the notifications, please follow the following routes before raising a ticket
1. Make sure your are running the most up to date wordpress plugin for InTouchCRM
2. Check the forms to make sure you have notifications turned on
3. Make sure your email address is working
4. Check your junk folders for emails, both on your desktop email application and on webmail if you have it
If you still don't see any notifications, even after you've completed the forms, please raise a support ticket
