A: Load your current webforms via your Set Up & More menu and you will see your listed forms, each one with a Duplicate button.
Just click on the Duplicate button which auto-copies (clones) your form and lists it as "Copy of..."
You can now Edit that form (clone) until it is completed, then choose the version of the code (automatic or manual) for your website.
