A: Many of our InTouch system email templates have  "Add New Article" buttons to enable you to add the optimum number of articles for your campaign.

Some of the Add New Articles have both an add image and add text function and other Add New Articles have just an add text function.

Occasionally when you view the preview (send a test) when editing content you may think that the space between each article is not sufficient for your needs? If you need more space between them here's how to build that in:

• make sure that your cursor is just to the right of the last line of text in your article
• hold down the Shift key and tap the Enter key 3 times
• save your article
