Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.(top right of screen)

Select More tools.
Select Clear browsing data.
In the dialogue that appears, select the tick box for "cached images & files" only. Remove any other ticks in other boxes.
Use the menu at the top to Select "beginning of time".

Click Clear browsing data button.

When the Settings page is displayed your browser cache has been cleared and you can close the Settings page.
