You may have seen the Organisation and Custom Fields column titles on your Contacts home page, and wondered how you get the Organisation name to show there alongside your contact names?

A: Link up your contacts with at least 1 Organisation and then from your contact record click on the "Make Primary" button.

You will then see the Organisation name showing in that column.

Hint: you can import your Organisations in bulk by using the Business dataload function.
