You may well be wanting to link up your new or existing webforms with a group, so that all new sign ups from your form are then added automatically not just as individual contacts on your database but also added into that group.
A: When creating or editing your webform, link up your form to an advanced automated campaign with the Action: Add to a Group.
You can choose to link to either an existing group or create a new group.
Your new sign ups will then be added to that automated campaign and through that added to the group selected.
By the way it is also good to receive notifications when new contacts come in via your webform, so don't forget to select that also!
