You may have custom email templates which include all your account contact details, so your forced footer is repeating what is already shown in the footer embedded within your templates.

You may wish your forced footer to be removed?

Just raise a support ticket to request this removal and thereafter with all your email campaigns you must ensure that your account/company details are included.
