You may need to toggle the master user from one user to another?
A: The current master user needs to raise a support ticket to us to request the change. Please specify in that ticket the name and email address of the new master user to be.
Our support team will then action the swap to the new user.
Hint: If you need more than 1 user to see all your users' leads and sales then the current master user should raise a support ticket to us to request the additions. Again, we need names and email addresses in the support ticket. We will then toggle the master user status onto those users to enable that view.
