All you have to do is to export your contacts from InTouch (group, report or all contacts) to .csv file. This will give you the Contact ID in the column on the left of your exported file.

You can then use Contact ID as the unique identifier in the Duplicate Processing section of your update import of contacts and you will update your contacts (matching to overwrite fields, add to group...) without duplicating them.
