How do I use a previous email campaign?

You may have spent some time on creating and editing an email campaign, have sent it out to your contacts and you are now creating a similar one but you don't want to repeat everything but you want to re-cycle that sent campaign and you just want to tweak it for your new recipients...

A: Start by creating a new email campaign and then on the Pick a Template step look for the Past Emails Sent tab. Click on that tab and then select which sent campaign you wish to re-use. Then you can edit further as you require.

Hint: Did you know that for each email campaign sent you will have a report from which you can filter recipient activity and put the filtered contacts into a group? For example filter the Open Count column to greater than 0 (zero), Select All, Add to Group.
You can then select that group for your "re-cycled" email campaign!
