I am not receiving test emails

You may have been drafting an email campaign and on the Edit Content step trying to send yourself a test (preview) of your campaign?

A: Check your local spam/junk folder in case your test email has been filtered out. If you have a webmail hosted email system and you have a login to your webmail, check your webmail spam folder and then you can move the test email out of your spam and into your Inbox.

Once received you may also like to insert the sending email address into your email client's safe senders list or equivalent.

You can manually insert other email addresses to receive a test (preview) of your campaign.
