You may be in the process of importing your contacts into your account but when you get to the main screen where you match the fields across from your file to InTouch, you can't see any fields to match or any examples shown from your file?
A: The chances are that you have some rows of space at the top of your file (hence the no-show of examples or fields to match), so all you have to do is to edit your .csv file to delete those rows of spaces at the top and re-save your file.
Then when you are re-trying your import you should be fine!
Hint: always use .csv comma delimited file type and always have separate columns for First Name and Last Name.
Hint: If you wish to update your contacts in bulk then you can action "Update Imports" where you use either email address or Contact ID as your unique identifier and make sure that you select the correct options in the Duplicate Processing section of your import.
