The system keeps logging me off, what am I doing wrong?

Last updated by Adrin Siripala on March 21, 2018 10:09

You may be finding that when you're working for an extended period of time that the system auto-logs you off?

A: Each login session is set to 1 hour duration for security and data protection reasons. If you are lucky enough to spot the countdown message then you can click on that to keep your self logged in. If for example you are working to create an email campaign using our system templates then you will notice the auto-save function which is activated every few minutes but if you're taking a quick coffee break it is always best to save your work before your break just in case.

The system will only allow you to login on one device at a time and does not allow multiple logins. So it is good practice to log off the device you're using at that time if you plan to move to another device or a different location.

Hint: your login details are unique to you so don't share your login. Also if you have requested a re-send of your login details, always make your first task after logging in to change your password via My Account > Personal Details
