Trying to change my card details online

Q: I'm trying to change my embedded card within my InTouch account but I'm getting error 3111 relating to Billing Name field. What should I do...?

A: This error relates to the fact that your Account details have not been filled in. Just go via My Account > Account Details and fill in those fields and then save those details. Then return via My Account > Payments & Credits > Manage cards on this account, and you should then be fine to change your card details.
