You can now use Organisation custom field tags for a range of different purposes:
Email and Surveys:
Letters (mailmerge):
SMS:
As you know, the organisation custom field are created via Contacts > Custom Fields > Organisation custom fields and those custom field tags created from the custom fields are then populated when your campaigns are sent.
