Why am I limited to font types in my emails?

Last updated by Adrin Siripala on March 21, 2018 10:09

You may be wondering the flexibility you have with choosing your preferred font types in your email campaigns?

A: When using our system templates the headings and sub-headings have fixed font types but the articles, which give you our editor toolbar, have the following font types available for you:

Arial, Comic Sans MS, Courier New, Georgia, Lucida Sans Unico, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana

If you want to change a paragraph of text font type then just highlight the paragraph then choose the font from the drop down font menu.

Hint: We have a very useful auto-save function built in to our system templates but just in case you need to take a break during your email editing, always good to proceed to next step to enable a manual save of your content. Then when you continue, just click back on the Edit Content button.

Also when on the receiving end of emails within your email client, not all email clients support all type fonts and you may be limited in the font types streaming through to you.
