Why are my personal lead sources not saving?

You may be starting to use our Leads & Sales pipeline and wanting to take advantage of being able to add your own lead sources?

Perhaps you have tried to add your own lead sources via the Lead Settings tab but they are not saving?

A: Make sure that you add in an Associated Cost when adding your new lead sources, even if you insert a 0 (zero) into that cost field.

You will find that your sources then save nicely.

Hint: Your Lead Sources will also be available when you are adding new contacts on to your account manually.

You can opt to either include the system lead sources or to exclude them. The choice is yours!
