Why is one of my automated email steps sending blank?

You may have started an automated campaign and the early email step is flowing nicely but then (in spite of the preview showing positively) your later email step comes through to your email client as a blank email, apart from the sending details and subject line.

A: Don't pause your campaign. Go in to that email step and edit the content, re-save it and your campaign should now be fine with positive content.
