If you link a webform to an automation then Yes, you can have an auto-feed from sign up, into group, into automation.

However if you are adding your contacts manually to an automation and you have started by adding a group of contacts, if you then have new contacts which are added into that group, they will not auto-feed into the automation so you have to add them into the automation manually.
