Unfortunately this is not something that you can do within InTouch, as plain text emails are intended to be more personalised than email campaigns.

The way you can send a plain text email to all copntacts within a group is by indfividually going tto each contact record and then selecting 'options' and then 'send plain text email'. You can then decide on the content etc you would like to send to the contact.
