The system allows you to send one to one messages using the Google integration from within the system rather than having to use Gmail directly.

This also allows you to BCC or even CC in other contacts to your emails, in the same way that you would expect. To do this, simply start a new email and then in the To field, you will see a drop down arrow which allows you to add in CC and BCC email addresses
