Deleting a Group and All Contacts

If you would like to delete a group of contacts, one that you already have in the system or one you wish to create either through reporting or merging groups you no longer need together - you can. 

Whichever option is relevant to you, if you go to Contacts and then click on Groups. 

Here you will have an overview and option to search all of your Existing and Archived Groups. Find the relevant group and its contacts that you wish to delete. 

Once you have found the group you're looking for, click on the 'View' button to edit that group. 

Click View to open up the Group, here you will then need to open the Options menu and click on "Delete Group with Contacts"

   To make sure you really want to delete this information you will need to press the "Yes, delete it" button.

Please Note!

Once you have pressed this it will automatically delete your contacts and we will not be able to get this information back for you.
