How to Remove Archived Tickets

If you need to remove any tickets that have been archived... you are able to do this and it won't take too long! 

There are a couple of ways you are able to do this, either through the Contact or the Organisation which has the complaint logged or through the Customer Service Ticket Section within the system.

Once you have pressed the relevant Ticket Ref Number, you will be able to open up the archived ticket, so then all you have to do is select "Remove from Archive".
