Viewing permissions of Leads and Sales

Leads and Sales are very personal things within a sales team, so how the system works is as follows: -

Master Users - generally the first user or the bill payer, these users get to see all of the sales and leads within the system for every user so that they can manage them and keep an overview of each of the sales.

Normal Users - normal users get to see a segmented view of their own leads rather than seeing everyone elses.
