Adding a Task from within the Organisation

In this simple, step-by-step guide, we are going to show you how to add a task via the Organisation record.

 Step 1

Click on 'Organisations', which is located within the Contacts Section which can be found on the sidebar, to the left of the screen.


Step 2

Click on the name of the Organisation you wish to add the Task for. You should see a screen like this one:

 Click on 'Options' and select 'Add Task':


Step 3

Complete the necessary fields and once finished, click on 'Save' to finalise.

Note: If you select a 'Due Date & Time' you will are able remind the assignee by email, if you select SMS and don't have any - don't worry we will send you an email in its replacement. 

You have now added a Task via the Organisation Section!
