Custom reports are a great way of segmenting your data and to drilling down to some of the finer details. While static reports allow you to view set facts and figures about the contacts you have information for, custom reports allows you to get a report on every element, from the basic information of contact details right the way through to custom fields and options of custom fields, in order to find the information you want.
This information can then be saved and used for communications, such as emails, sms or even a simple letter/mail merge campaign.
You can also create a group from each custom report via the 'Create as Group' hyperlink within the listed report.
