Creating a SMS campaign is all well and good, because it gets your message out there, but to maximise its use, you'll want to analyse the results for some of your campaigns, so here we direct you on how to view the replies you’ve received to an SMS campaign. Here’s the process:

1. Firstly, you will want to select the “SMS” button, found on the left hand bar on your page

2. Next, along the top of the page you shall see the heading “SMS reports”, so click on this tab

3. Now, you can see a bar headed “total replies” to view the actual replies, click on the SMS in question

4. Click on the “replies” button for that particular SMS campaign report

5. Your replies should now be easily available to view
