Nowadays everyone is on social media, so it’s understandable and highly beneficial to have your In Touch contacts, surveys and email campaigns linked to your social media life, to maximise use and hopefully galvanise further contacts, and get your marketing messages out there.
1. First of all, on your home page, go on “my account”
2. Select the “Integration” option
3. Scroll down to the Buffer option, and select it
4. Next, set up your account, all fields are required, and simply choose from the list which social media sites you wish to be linked with! It really is that good!
P.S) 1) If you only integrate into 3 social media sites, you are able to Buffer free of charge!
2) Once you’ve integrated your sites, an example of what you can do is tweet your email campaign and also post it to Facebook!
