We have now installed a new feature whereby no matter where you are, as long as you have the ability to send emails you are able to set yourself/others tasks to complete. To do this simply send an email to - task@yourcrm.co.uk FROM the email address you use to login to InTouch, the system will then create a task for you based on what you put as the 'Subject Line' for the email.

You can then access this task and any others in the usual way of going to 'Tasks' within the system.

This feature is very useful as it lets you create a task before perhaps you forget all about it! Hopefully, you'll find it as useful as we have.
