Troubleshooting - My email campaign is creating phishing messages!

Last updated by Rich Orr on January 14, 2016 15:16

One of the golden rules of email marketing is when you are creating web links for your recipients to click on DO NOT put the full web url as the clickable text for the link BUT INSTEAD create some clickable text e.g. "Click here to visit our web page", highlight that text and then click on the link icon and insert the url in the URL box behind that link.

In this way you will avoid phishing messages appearing to your recipient contacts, which could potentially deter them from opening your email.
