My custom built email template built externally to InTouch has been running fine for quite a while but all of a sudden the images are broken, both when I create a fresh email campaign from the template itself and when i create a draft email from past emails sent...what can I do?

A: It could well be that your web designer/developer has changed the file structure on their server so broke the links in that process.

So the first port of call is to contact your web designer and tell them. They can then check their file structure and re-point those images...
