With the large number and variety of email clients and devices in the market today, there is sometimes a slight variation of email campaign look & feel, compared with your preview.
To minimise any variation never copy/paste text directly from Word into your InTouch campaign but go via Notepad first (or for Mac users the equivalent for you is Text Edit). This will strip out the majority of back-end coding from Word which is then far less likely to clash with our InTouch html.
