You may be trying to import organisations using our Business Dataload tool but the system is reading that your file has more than 2,000 entry lines, even though you may have less than 2,000 lines of data visible.

To reset your file and "delete" those unused rows, here is the process:

• Move down one row from the last cell with data.
• Hold the Ctrl and Shift keys, and press the Down Arrow key
• Right-click in the selected cells, and, from the shortcut menu, choose Delete
• Select Entire Row, click OK.
  

  

Then re-save your file and try the dataload again.
