Troubleshooting - My emails are not sending through at the right times

The first step you will need to take is to make sure that your account is set to the right time-zone. To find this option, go through the following menu options which are found at the top of the window:

My Account > Account details > Regional details > Timezone

If this does not fix the issue then please let the support team know so that we can investigate further.
