I also have some draft email campaigns which I want to send out but they still will have the forced footer attached. What should I do?

A: first make sure that you have added yourself as a Contact in your account with email contact preference. Preferably using a different email address to your login email address.

Then send those draft email campaigns out to your contact record then re-create new campaigns using the "past email sent" tab in the pick a template step.

In this way you have new campaigns with the forced footer removed.
