Troubleshooting - Why can't I add a file to my system

  1. Is the file an acceptable type? The system allows most file types but doesn't allow things like .EXE files which could be used to insert harmful code and cause security issues within the system. Please ensure that the file is something like a PDF, CSV, DOC, etc
  2. Do you have enough storage space? With each different account type there is a different limit for the amount of space that you get, if you are having issues loading in documents, please check that you have adequate space when in the file manager section
