Troubleshooting - Why can't I change the background colours on a template?

Our free-to-use InTouch system templates have been designed to be easy and convenient to use and are very robust to keep their form when delivered out to the wide range of email clients which are available. The editorial functionality includes uploading and swapping out images, editing text and using the great functionality which our editor provides which includes link to documents, forward to a friend and the Social tag.

1. Background colours are not able to be edited from the front end on system templates but we do provide a template tweaking bespoke service which includes changing the background colour. The guide price for template tweaks per template is £75 ex vat. We would be happy to confirm a price for you for your particular teamplate tweak.
