Troubleshooting - Why can't I link my automated campaign in Step 5 of my webform?

You may have created an exciting automated campaign, started it and you're now ready to link it up to your webform? You've tried to find your automated campaign in Step 5 but you can't find it...

1. Step 5 is where you can link to a pre-prepared email template for a one-off email message BUT it is not where you link to an automated campaign...

2. Step 7 is where you find and link to your started automated campaign by clicking on the drop-down menu where you will see your automated campaigns. Just click on the one you want.

3. Also within your webform we recommend that you include the Email Opt-in field (you can edit the text which shows) and leave the Step 4 Confirmation Required ticked. By doing this you will be following the "double opt-in" process, so when someone signs up they will receive an email with a clickable link within to confirm. By ticking the Email opt-in box they will then be added to your automated campaign funnel and should have no problem receiving your first step email.
