Troubleshooting - Why can't I load my image into my email campaign

You may be puzzled as to why your web-friendly image won't load successfully into your image browser and thereafter into your email campaign....

1. Check your image name...if it has an apostrophe ' in the image name then that could explain the problem.

2. Re-name your image without the apostrophe ' and then you should be fine to browse/upload your image into your image server list.

3. Insert a url just under Step 1 if you want your image to be clickable.

4. Click on your image filename in your list to bring it into your email campaign.
