- Have you checked the size of the original image? With templates which are built for our editor, the image sections are quite set, which means if you upload an image with is the wrong shape, etc, the system will try and retain the aspect ratio so the image hopefully fits, sometimes this isn't always possible IE if you are trying to add a large portrait sized image in to a landscape sized placement - the system will try and make it fit.
